1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • A full refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started.

  • Once the project is initiated, including planning or design stages, refunds will not be available.

  • For service issues, we will first attempt to resolve the problem before considering a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments made for completed milestones, delivered designs, or development work are non-refundable.

  • Customized or partially completed projects cannot be refunded.

3. Project Cancellation

  • If a client decides to cancel the project midway, payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

  • Any remaining unpaid milestones will be billed for the work already completed.

4. Disputes
