A full refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started.
Once the project is initiated, including planning or design stages, refunds will not be available.
For service issues, we will first attempt to resolve the problem before considering a refund.
Payments made for completed milestones, delivered designs, or development work are non-refundable.
Customized or partially completed projects cannot be refunded.
If a client decides to cancel the project midway, payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
Any remaining unpaid milestones will be billed for the work already completed.
